IF you REALLY want those, contact Jason @ jt-imports. He showed this same pic a while back, asking if he should offer it on his website; he got a resounding "no"....

Personally, im a big fan of the black out look on the 7's taillights. I think the tails at the top look good as well, but id say that the all black looks a little better, expecially on black 7's.

but seriously, it's whatever you like, but I'm sure as hell glad I heatgunned/taped/painted my 99 specs.... simple, elegant, and aggressive at the same time. I can maybe understand outlining the 99s (like maybe raise the circles about 2cm, then fiberglass it back down to the lens....but no seperate colors... black..)

If the inside of the clear one was painted black and it had red LEDs beneath the clear lense it might be OK... just OK, not something I'd do to my car, but not something I'd laugh at.

The white car looks really nice with those rear lights - although it's like what he said...with LED lights, etc. The green car is pure rice, I'll be the first to admit that. I mean there's some imagination, like the front headlights, some of the interior and the rear lights, etc...but the wing and colour design with stickers is just distasteful in my opinion.
I'm glad a couple members of the forum have an open outlook on things and don't just follow everything that Mazda does. I think the ultimate rice is unglueing your tail lights and spray painting your lenses...if you told a buyer what you were attempting to do without them being a forum member here, they'd never forgive you and your value of the car would go down about 1k. Either buy the 99's or stick with stock. Don't be a civic hater when they buy stupid plastic covers for their rear lights when it's the EXACT same thing

Kind of a cool kit. I kinda like the skirts, if they were in CF they would look really good with 99 spec front with that new Mazdaspeed CF lip. I don't really like the rear diffuser though.
