actually, I just wanted to do something original/different, my choice...you know how that goes, if you dont like it, all I can say is dont do it, and dont look!
if you have an FD {and are complaining}, do all the 'tasteful' **** you want, or just copy someone else that gets praise...
if you dont have an FD, {and, again, are talkin ****} get one and do what you want, the parts are made for those who choose 'em...

Ok I was about to write a 10 page nastygram about the perils of rice'in out a FD.

But after reading the owners comments he has handled himself rather well.

But he did post a pic's and ask for comments on a public forum soooooo.....

Personally, I think the wheels are responsible for about 85% of the gag factor Im experiencing with this car.

Front end, sideskirts nice...wing and rear window thingie is tolerable.

I would ditch the mirrors though, get a set of aftermarket (RE's or similar) and put them back in stock location..

But hey, it is YOUR car.....so if your happy with it..Rock on.


BTW...plz dont tell me this is an Automatic FD

I like it, but would like it alot better if there wasn't an FD under that stuff. By itself, cool; next to an FD, second nicest, IMHO.

Well, its not really my type but I don't think it looks that bad. I've seen alot worse and if this is what he likes then so be it. Actually, the mirrors, although it looks different they do serve a purpose by being on the fenders. It allows the drives to see without moving his/her head around. I'm not sure if you plan on racing but that does help a great deal. Just my opinion.

 

This thread is almost 2 years old!!!! Why bring it back? I bet he doesn't even have the car anymore, or it doesn't look lie that.

 

I agree. Replace the mirrors with smaller more stylish mirrors for the fenders, and it should look a bit better IMO.

You definately have the hood trash look down.

I've seen that rear bumper on a couple cars.
The bottom leading edge seems to stick out past the wheels. I'd love to see what that does to the Cd numbers.
