Question all, will the Mazdaspeed underpanel/undersweep work with their Carbon Fiber underlip for the 99 front? From what I see in the pics available (from JT imports) the underpanel looks like it replaces the front lip. . . . does it bolt up between the front lower lip and the actual bumper, or is it a replacement of the lower lip? I have a Mazdaspeed CF lip on back order, and don't wanna drop some money on the underpanel if its not going to work.

I'm not exactly sure, but from the picture, it looks like the undersweep bolts on where the 99 spec front lip ends. It kind of connects with the lower lip to create a diffuser like object. You could always e-mail JT Imports, i'm sure they would know.
