Talking MazdaSpeed Diffuser in FRP / Carbon / Kevlar, Is there demand for it?

Is there a market for the FD3S MazdaSpeed diffuser? It's probably one of the more basic looking OEM-ish somewhat conservative looking diffusers. Something like this would look with feed side skirts and a lip. It could also be used with rear bumper side spats. Since it's an ultra-rare item it just might sell as the finishing piece to anyone trying to get the full Mazdaspeed look.

I could make them in carbon fiber, carbon kevlar and fiberglass. Quality and fitment would be like the Mazdaspeed original.

I estimate the price would run: $250 FRP / $375 Carbon / $425 Kevlar
I won't truly know until we get the physical piece in person.

Here's some pics to get an idea of what the Mazdaspeed diffuser looks like:

If we were to make them it would be under our VegasAero line.

You might want to add centre diverters/fins to that diffuser.

holy crap! Never mind my post in your other thread!

yes please make the mazdaspeed diffuser! The only thing I ask is that you finish the "blade" on the muffler side that is open.

I also don't mind if you do a one off piece for me that you can use as a test piece to show to forum members. PM me!!!!

Does it cover up the low-hanging portion of the gas tank on the driver's side?

I'm definitely interested

I like this a lot. Very clean and would look great with spats. Subscribed.

The thing I would say is that the piece that I have fit is kinda crappy. The most ideal thing would be to match it up somehow with the rear valence piece and mold one big piece. The downside would be that you would almost have to remove the rear bumper to get it installed to install the bolts for the valance first...anyway, just thinking out loud...but you can see what I mean by the gaps and fitment.

If CFhoods, could make this piece lighter in CF, I would get it in a second.

Rats, the auction ended on the 29th
I let it go since I didn't have much time to generate interest.

I'll keep an eye out for it if it ever pops up again.

Here's some more pics of the diffuser that I saved:
