Does anyone make a copy of this kit that fits well, and includes the lights? Its the kit that has the large foglights instead of the 99 spec turnsignals.

I found this bumper for 1033.00 at corksport.com, but I was wondering if there is any way to cut the price down/get a fake of it. I know its ricey and essentially cutting a corner getting a fake, but I dont want to have to worry as much if I scrape it coming out of a driveway, or get it all banged up, cuz that is quite hefty sum for a front bumper only to have it destroyed. Or I can drive like miss daisy, but who wants to do that???

 

Sorry cant help you, but I wouldnt say that replicas are really ricey...I mean, they still look good. They are just for us that dont feel like spending a ton of money just on looks of our car. Im all for replicas actually. Post a pic next time though. If its the kit im thinking of, they do make a replica somewhere, but I dont have the link. Im sure someone does though.

 

some replicas crack more easily i hear just a thought.

Note that the picture shown, is actually from a legit copy in Japan, so the quality may be quite different. Why they feel the need to slap their name over a picture they didn't take, I'm not sure.

replicas are usually made out of fibre glass instead of plastic, so replicas are more prone to just cracking and crumbling of pieces

 

GTPFiber glass is just the old saying, You get what you pay for.

 

Looks extremely cheap but hell at that price you can buy 3 or 4 of them before you pay for the full price of one real one.
