My new fd has a 2 year old paint job, would it be hard to match the paint if i wanted a different front bumper?? its VR btw

 

get the whole thing repainted, doesn't make sense to just repain the front bumper( because you'll notice how *** the paint job really looks compared to fresh paint).

anyone know paint code to fd black (car in storage havent seen it in a while, but know it needs a paint job).

paint really shoundnt look "***" after 2 years.

 

When my car was new, 4 months old, a fellow backed into the right front. Needed bumper cover and right headlight door replaced. It took the dealer 3 times to get the match "pretty' close. Now that the car has aged, the red that was painted has turned a little darker then the body, and also has some hairline cracks a/c dealer not adding the right amount of flex product.

well see the problem is, i dont want to pay 2k to get the whole damn thing repainted just over a front bumper. If you had a 2 year old paint job would you pay 2k to get it rapinted on top of a $1k bumper that you just bought? I guess I will have them blend it!! i dont know will see. Money doesnt grow on trees in Alabame like it does in New Jersey,
