making a reverse scoop hood?
with my fmic setup, i want to run a reverse scoop hood... and i was thinking of making it out of a stock NA hood...
a couple of my friends have made their own, by just buying the scoop, cutting the whole in the hood, and riveting it in?
what would be the best, and or cheapese way to do this?
any suggestions?
cheers,Dan.

Ill give ya my suggestion. I am currentlky doing the same thing with my hood. I am recreating the feed style hod for the fd on my fc. I did 2 reverse style vents in the rear and to do it, i simply cut with a wizwheel and bent the flap down, then flared the corners up to produce a vacuum at speed to suck out the air then welded in filler plates, heres a link to my cardomain to see it.
