AL leather seat deterioration

Does anyone know how to stop/slow leather deterioration? Not only is my steering wheel going to crap (mentioned in previous post), but the driver seat has heavy wear on the side bolster and has 3 small holes that are steadily getting bigger. I regularly clean them, apply conidioner, and do my best to not even touch them on my way into the car. The holes seem to keep getting bigger though....Do y'all know of any way to slow/stop this process? The car is rarely in the sun and I rarely put pressure on the side bolstering. Thanks!

there is a lady in Canada which provides some type of grease which softens the seats up and then you paint them with some special paint
it takes about a week and they are like new (bar the holes)
I will try and find the link / address nevertheless you may find it through a search on the forum

is this a product they send that the customer would apply or is this a ship them the seats ordeal? That sounds really promising. I'll go ahead and use the search function too. Thanks for the response.
