killer shine

my first post didnt go in. I wanted to convey my car cleaning procedure. 1st dawn dishwashing liquid,2nd eagle one wax as u dry,3rd Meguiars show glaze 7.I did this on my 98 silver c5 and it worked great,i just did it in my 93 silver fd and the results are amazing, even better than my vette. one word of caution dont use dawn all the time, its not necessary, maybe 2-3 times a year.

You only use Dawn to remove all the wax. The wax as you dry stuff is just to help in between real waxing. What you are putting on is really nothing at all. I also think you are suppose to Glaze before you wax.

i like to use wax as u dry every time i wash the car.It beads up real well, and the more you use it the thicker the gleam gets. you are correct about using dawn,i did say to use is 2- 3 imes a year. If you are going to use reg paste or liquid wax.it does go on after the show glaze. if i had pics of my car,you could see for yourself the shine/gloss of my orig 93 silver paint. outstanding!
