OK I'm still confused. I see zips on the seats so does that mean our seats are actually only covers?

How else would they cover??? It's foam then the leather... they are not the crap you get in the store that lays over the seat to cover worn out spots!

If you were referring me back to my thread, I meant that the original factory seat covers had leather sides where as the leatherseats.com had vinyl sides.

 

i paid 600$ shipped for the tan doeskin leather, are you saying im not getting 100% leather? i dont want no vinyl!

 

The Leatherseats.com covers do not have leather on all surfaces. They are still worth the money in my opinion.

 

I bought in on one of their group buys. . .very happy with the seats. Someone pointed out that the sides look like a different color.. .it must be the flash cause I swear they aren't a different color live!

No, they didn't! I had to reuse the ones on the old seats.

 

It must be because the sides are vinyl.

 

Everywhere your bum and back touch is leather. The sides and the back of the seat is vinyl. I was a little aggravated by this myself at first, but after seeing prices of full 100% leather seats one can beat the price. You should be satisfied when you install them.

$479 on group buy. They were $579 regular at that point, so with shipping $600 sounds right.

 

ya i just spoke to the guy at leatherseats.com and ge said for 100% leather its 800$.. glad i was told that before i ordered them : /
