Interior Panel question

Okay so I have a question and I am not sure how to formulate it into words but here it goes... So do you know the interior panels that run along the front and rear of windows are made of a sheet metal or tin material that is covered with a fabric design to match the plastic panels that run all around the vehicle??? Well does anyone know if there is a place that makes those panels but for the pieces that are made of plastic that run along the side of the car where the front of the widow is where most people tend to put gauges on. I was just wondering if anyone knew of a place that could make those because when the plastic pieces get old and dry brittle over time they tend to break or crack and I thought if they made it with the same material that the front and rear pieces that clip into the roof of the car, could solve that problem and would last a lot longer than that cheap plastic that they used for the panels. Well I hope I was able to formulate this into the right way that some one could understand thanks

I wish I could help but I never put gauges on my "A" pillars. I have the mickey mouse ears. I think there are some replacement panels that have the guages "2 or 3" engineered into them.
