any safe way to remove some paint that the previous rice boy owner defaced the interior with? dont want to harm the plastics.

 

ELO (Easy Lift Off).

You can pick it up at most hobby/model shops.

Just apply it generously with a cloth or tissue. Let it sit overnight. In the morning, scrub in warm soapy water. If any is left, you can apply again, but usually most of it will peel right off.
