sup guys....just got a fb RX-7 its an 84 gsl and it needs a lot of work. im planning on redoing the whole thing. what do you guys recommend for the interior color? it has its factory black paint, i cant decide on colors for the interior. oh and if anybody has any nice bucket seats id be more than happy if you could sell me some . if anybody could tell me where i could find some pretty decent parts for a not so expensive price, please let me know. thanks for your help.

 

Well, I have an metallic gray 85 GS, with the gray interior. My plan is to keep most of the gray to keep things simple, but partially recover the door panels with white vinyl, and paint some of the interior trim with white, just to give an "updated" look while keeping with most of the stock interior. Youre pretty lucky, black goes with just about anything. black w/ white trim, black w/ grey. If you want to keep it stock looking, id go with the 84/85 gray interior. I think the other interiors on those years were maron and brown (not too sure), but i think the gray looks the best. As for seats, I don't have any sitting around, but most people agree that the TII seats are an improvement over the fb's.
