I've read all the "how to's" on removing the instrument panel and I still can't get mine to release (3 clips) - I have a 93 LHD FD. I'm hoping there might be some more recent info on how to pull the cluster panel without causing a lot of damage either to the panel / hood or gauge cluster. Maybe I need to take it in to the shop - I don't know - thought I would see if anyone here can help me out. I would assume many of you have done it for the same reasons I am - refinishing the trim pieces.
