A few months ago I replaced a Kenwood tape deck with a Sony CD player. When I installed the CD player, I just grafted the new adapter into the Tape deck conector wires. Since my old connector for the deck is still there, is it wise to add my tape player back in along with the cd player... two head units?

Any power issues?

I had an Alpine CD player and a Sony MD Player installed together at one point. It worked fine. Just make sure you only turn one on at a time.. otherwise you will not be able to listen to either one. I used a Y RCA connector at the outputs of the radios to the amps.
