I just got a set of 5002i infiniti speakers and find that in comparison with the stock mazda speakers they are quite quiet... I have a Sony explode 444W 4 channel amplifier that i could hook up to them but im not sure whether or not its worth it... (Time, money for good cables, insurance comes out in fifteen days) Id like to see them progressively louder but i need the money from the amp somewhat anyways Id like to hear some educated opinions seeing as this is my second time installing and i still feel liek a rookie, thanks for your time

They would definately be worth powering, Theyre probably not as loud as the stock ones because your radio dosent put out enough power to do anything for them

They will be an incredible improovement over stock sith the amp hooked up. It is definitely worth the time IMO.

 

Those Sony Amps suck ***** though...
