I want to say they are Regamaster EVOs but the rims in your pic appear to have a flat finish. If they aren't EVOs they could be Spoon SW388s which only come in adonized (flat) black. If it's neither then I dunno what it is.
Both rims are very light and very easy to bend. I once held a 16" SW388 in my hand and it was very very light, according to the shop owner the 16" ones weigh 9 lbs. The downside to those rims are the lip is very easy to bend, since they are not forged aluminum.
