I came to this forum because I could use some help on creativitiy. Let me give you a little background. My friend Jay and I built up this RX-7 and have been showing it over the last year and a half. Since that time, it has taken "Best of Show" at every event, HIN, NOPI, Blood Drag, etc... Except one, which wouldn't be a big deal, except we lost to another RX-7, the widebody chameleon one I am sure you are all familiar with. So now I have a new task, Jay has purchased a bone stock '95 with the intention of making it the most outrageous RX-7 ever, and I will have to do pretty much everything except the motor. My question for you guys is, what have you ever thought would be a cool idea, but just never got it off the ground? So far we are considering things like a fiberglass headliner, monitors that motorize from the rear bumper, an LCD touchscreen that controls the entire car, just unusual things to put this one over the top. This is the old car, and he says the new one is going to have to blow it away.
