I know it's ricey but ...
I'm currently doing a brake job (pads, rotors, painting the calipers) and changing all the fluids (diff, tranny, oil, and coolant) so my car has been on jack stands for a week or so. Anyways I bought a neon undercar lighting kit about ten years ago and never used them (still in the box). I was just wondering if there's any where to put the on a rex. Has anyone put them on before? Where would you mount them? Just thought since I'm under there anyways. Also while I have it jacked up should I do anything else? Any info would be great.
Thanks.
Thanks.

without a body kit your going to have to get inventive to fit them under but
honestly man the reason you made this post is you want to toss the lights on but just want to make sure its ok. if you like how it looks who cares if anyone else does. I have considered putting led under the car and in the wheel wells anything to make the car more noticeable at night. and besides if you have seen some of the crazy japanese fds i really dont think lights touch the strech fd limos or the leaf springed mudding fds. if anything i would suggest to sell the neon tube and upgrade to a led kit. less chance of breaking them if you scrape.

99% of the people here who slap on a body kit do it for looks. Including me
so whats the difference between a body kit and neon lights? and don't give me that well a body kit is functional BS, a body kit is functional on the track at 100+ MPH. On a street car it is useless.

haha. actually i put 5 small led's in my interior but the way i did it i think actually imporved on the stock lights int he car.
I opened up the center console and soldered 6 red led lights to the center console light (THat light lol uses 12volts ) so i had to wire 6 led lights (2volts each) to it.
I places 1 light shinning on my seat belt and 1 on the passenger seatbelt.
1 light shinning inplace of that little light shiunnin into that little storage console
and 1 light shinnin into each back seat floor.
The lights arent to bright but its a small accent that it gives to the car.. i think it was worth it... noit ricy at all to be honest.

I think it's too accessive. I'm trying to fit subaru tribeca underlights onto the FEED FRP sideskirts. Only when the car parked and needs light around it at night though.

Wow. I didn't think it was such a taboo. Like I said I know it's ricey. I don't think there's anywhere you can put them anyways. So they'll stay in the box. Just thought I would ask.
So here's how my brakes and a few other things turned out. Tell me what you think. (Brakes, GPS mount, Seat belt holders)
