Search my name (zerobanger) and you will see the 2 threads. I have pics and explanations. In a nutshell I paid 575 for the seat covers and installed myself (install here is about 400-450).

I dyed the carpet black with Fabric spray Dye called Plasti-Kote Fabric Spray and also used Dupli Color Vynle and fabric spray. it really came out nice. The way you can tell if the carpet was dyed good is to put in in direct sunlight...if it looks brown its not dyed right, mine looks deep black even in the sun. The carpet gets slightly more stiff, but it doesn't bother me, its not really noticeable cause the FD carpet is VERY shortpile anyway.
