how to remove fender vents?

how to remove fender vents?
i'm gettin ready to have my car painted and i'm going to do the disassembly myself. do the side vents just pull out or are they held in with screws from the backside?

damn, oh well, i had to take the fender well out anyways to roll the fenders. thanks man
