How do you remove the door panel?

on a 1st Generation RX7. I need to get to the window and the lock cylinder. I have a loose lock cylinder, anyone know how to get it tightened up?

If memory serves me correctly, there are 3 or 4 screws on the "arm rest", one in the top of the pull handle and one in the cup for the door release. Then around the lower perimeter of the panel there are these push clips that hold the panel on. Start at the bottom of the panel and CAREFULLY pull the clips loose from the door. Did I say to be careful? It's pretty easy to damage the panel if you're not careful with these clips. I think they make a tool to help remove these clips without damaging the door panel. If you don't have power windows you have the added obstacle of the window crank too. Good luck.

Thanks, yes I do not have power windows. Will the clips come off without the tool? Any idea how to tighten the lock cylinder that fits in the door so it will not fall out?
