How do you align the head lights?

How do you align the head lights?
The left one is higher than the right. I know it's so many feet back then so many high on the wall but how many feet is that?
Anyone ever heard of high beams aiming low and low beams aiming high? Maybe i'm just halucinating?

Basically you stick a screwdriver in the holes of the black plastic surround around the lenses, and turn to adjust. You might find it easier by adjusting using the high beams, as they are a bit more distinct then the lows.
*edit* page E-28 of the Body Electrical/Troubleshooting manual. If you bought the latest paper Service Manual (green cover, small format), it includes the Body Electrical/Troubleshooting manual in the back.... see if I can find it elsewhere online...
