first off the interior wiring for this car is non-existant. (pulled)

I have an aftermarket stereo wired up with 4 speakers installed. Now I want to include the stock bose wave system, because I have no other resources at this point and it just sounds so good.

What wires do I run to get it to be amplified off the aftermarket stereo? If that is a bad idea, I also have the crutchfield adaptor to run the speakers off the stock amp. I just have no clue what wire goes were.
