How can i do a headlight cut conversion like this?

I need help, i have an s4 t2 and i want to do an cut headlight like this one, how do i do it? i think i wouldn't look too good on a s4 front bumper but anyone have pics of it on one?

Thats probably a fiberglass front bumper.
