How 2 Headlight conversion????
How can i or where can i get information on
getting rid of the flip up lights and installing
the ones with the plastic shield(2nd generation).

That kit is available from www.pac-gate.co.jp/run/ . The website is all in Japanese but they sell that kit for about $1,300. USD. Hope that helps.

Try Rotary Performance, they have it in their 2nd gen catalog.

A dremel tool, fiberglass, and a visit to a body shop could also recreate the same effect. I'd practice it first, but doing it at home for $300 is better than spending $1300.
