HKS Timer Installed, now weird....

HKS Timer Installed, now weird....
I threw the timer in over the weekend, and cut the ACCessory line, because i want the radio to turn off while it's cooling down. It does. BUT the antenna stays up! Weird, any ideas? I don't care, i'm just curious.
