ok heres the deal i have a viper alarm on my vert thing is i want to change the setting to where when i activate my alarm is beeps or cherps.. not that annoing voice that says "system armed" & system disarmed" you know what im saying but the thing is dont have any info on my alarm i know it use to just cherp and all but somewho something got changed!!!! does anybody know how to find out this info?

Which model viper is it? Do you still have the installation manual for it? It should be easily accesable if you have the manual or know somewhere that has a DEI bitwriter. If you can find out which alarm it is I can probibly find the sequence for you. PM me the details.

It's probably an old Viper 900 Ultra. I have one but have no idea where the manual is for it. It's been years since I looked at the settings.
