I just bought a blaupunkt cd receiver to replace the factory radio/cassette deck in my 86. After doing some research, i found some parts that would supposedly help to make my install eaiser. A dash adaptor kit, made by Scosche (MA1530) claims to fit 86-87 RX-7s, but the only wiring harness i found (the Scosche MA01) says it fits all 82-89 mazdas. Now, this includes my 86 RX-7, but doesn't that range seem kinda broad? Will the harnesses really fit mine? Any other tips for the install would be greatly appreciated, such as the best way to attach the adaptor wires to those of the receiver (crimping, soldering, etc). Thanks.
