Help with Evo R Hid

I have a set of Evo R headlights with HIDs but the HIDS will not work. Everything is working because I tested the HIDs with my brother's Accord and it worked. Though when I plug it onto my FD, it wont work. Would could be wrong?? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

make sure that the wire ur using for the power source is the RED/YELLOW! not the red blue, red/blue is for the high beams and read yellow is for ur headlights, also make sure u have a good ground

ballasts, bulbs, harness, or grounds BTW by "plug it onto your FD" what do you mean? What connectors did you connect to what.

I have a feeling we found your problem

I just thought that since the HIDs came with the headlight kit, the connectors from the HIDs would just connect to the stock headlight harness lol. I'm quite a noob when it comes to HIDs

Fromt the HID bulb there is a red and black wire coming out not connected. Connect the RED to RED/YELLOW and black to Ground of the headlight. Make sure you have good ground.

If you're that much of a newb you better be really carefull. The ballasts have enough volts to kill you. you should probably post some pictures of what you have and not guess at it.
