headlights: stock vs rotaryextreme HID vs rotaryextreme non-hid

headlights: stock vs rotaryextreme HID vs rotaryextreme non-hid
Hi guys,
I was thinking about getting the rotaryextreme sleeklight kit. But I am thinking about whether I should go with the HID version or non-HID version.
Do the non-HID kits offer better illumination then the stock headlights? how about a comparison between the non-HID lights and the stock headlights WITH PIAA 100W hyperwhite H4 bulbs?
Also Chuck says that pretty much everybody gets HIDs but has anyone tried the regular non-HID kits? or does anyone have comparision pics of the non-HID vs HID versions? Has anyone tried getting their own Hella HID lights and converted their own lighting?
And lastly, did you guys get your FB housings proffensionally painted or did you DIY? I was thinking about getting a can of black car touchup paint and just painting it myself. But I wanted to get everyones input on that.
