Which headlights on FD? KS or RRR?

So I'm planning to run an RE-A AD front bumper and I'm wondering which head lights I should run with it? KnightSports or Rotary Run Racing?

Hopefully Bryan doesn't mind me posting a few of his pics of his old car:

Knightsports:

Rotary Run Racing:

And lastly, the bumper I will be running:

So please, share your opinions! Thanks!

I personally like the knightsports better, keeps the clean lines of the stock body.

Light output on the KS setup is absolutely horrible

For headlights that actually work, you can't beat the SBG HID setup, you know this man !

I have HIDs for the KS that I use as high beams... and I'm considering swapping the HIDs to the RRR as the high beams if I go that route since they are the same size lights.

as for light output of the KS, i've been quite content with it for the 8+ yrs I've had them and liked it even more when I picked up the HID set and swapped them in as the high beams as previously mentioned.

i think the RRR lights also require modding the front bumper. if you look at the leading edge of the lights where they meet the bumper...the depth/shape is different then OEM

btw..i second the SBG HIDs

I like the Knightsports swapped in with some good projectors.

That nose / bumper makes the car look like an MR2 to my eyes...

I have the same bumper as well. I has the stock lights before and they were great.

This is with the Carbon Fiber RE- Amemiya Lights which is my current look at the moment.<br/>

RE lights have TERRIBLE light output, so I added and have properly aimed HID's inside the IMF projectors so it feels like the oem lighting if not a tad better.

If you want, I am selling my entire front end to fund another plan. I'll let everything go for 1300 CAD if you really want them. Has new hid's and halogen bulbs and RE relay kit.

Thanks for the offer but I already have 2 RE AD front bumpers and I'm trying to curb my parts hoarding!!! I also have both sets of head lights.

I've been very pleased with the KS lighting for the decade I've had them and even more so when I put HIDs in for the high beams which is why I would consider putting the HIDs into the RRR if I go that route.

I just wish I could find someone who's proficient with photo cropping and has a little extra time to crop the RRR lights into one of the RE bumper pics...

Last time I saw a set of RRR, you'd need to cut the bumper. I think It would look odd but I can try to whip up an edit for you

yeah, bumper needs to be cut to fit the RRR... and I don't have a pattern but a friend who's done a good bit of body work and customized the body of his FC has looked at what needs to be done and right away had a way to do it..

and if you can whip up a quick edit, that would be awesome! and most appreciated
