From what I recall the stockers are 35W for the halogens. I'm running Hella 90mm projectors in a knock-off RE-Amemiya set up. I believe it was a Rotary Extreme kit. My question is: HID or Led... What wattage should I run without concern of burning out the wiring? I've ran 35w for many years without reasonable consistency. It may have been due to the design of the assembly not being water tight. I then ran 55W for a while but didn't consistently drive the FD or have the headlights on for a reasonable amount of time as I bought a 350Z for a daily. The time has come to dump the 350Z and use the FD as a daily, so I want to ensure it doesn't burn to the ground. I'm pretty mechanically sound but electrically its all Greek to me. Please help!
