Having trouble installing my Amplifier

Ok so I got my new pioneer external amp today, and I disconnected the wires from my old amp to hook it up to my new amp. Like an idiot, I had the "Power" wire still connected to the battery, and when I was trying to cut the power wire, my power wire accidentally touched my ground wire directly, and it caused several sparks. Afer the sparks, I disconnected the power from the battery.

When I hooked everything up to my new amp ( Power wire, Ground wire, Blue wire for the head unit and RCA cables) there was NO POWER to the amp. I check my 30 amp fuse for my amp with my multimeter, and its fine. What the hell happened??? Anybody have any ideas?
