Has anybody these wheels

I want to buy 19" Work XSA 02C rims, has anybody these wheels on his FD ??
How will 19" look like with standard suspension and how much can i lower it ??

I have 19s and they rub like a bitch. Of course, I also have Racing beat springs whick don't help the situation at all.
