greddy tt spedo option

I was reading on how the greddy fatt has a spedometer function. are fc's able to utilize this option? if so how acurate is it? thanks

Power FC has a speedo reading. 'Course its in km/h. Reads of the factory sensor, so its at least as accurate as your factory speedo.

I am asking about the greddy fatt and not the apexi fc comander. I am also asking about the fc as the fd is different.
