Despite what the sales people at most stereo sales places will tell you, "upgrading" a Bose to some other aftermarket system is not always the best way to go. You sometimes end up with a poor-fitting installation and poor sound. And.....you can not mix Bose stuff with most aftermarket equipment.
FCSR will repair the door amp/speaker units for $80, including a guarantee. Check out before letting some saleman sell you something you will regret.

They do still repair RX7 speakers/amps, however:
