Glass sunroof snap-in panel

On facebook the other day, someone mentioned something about a panel that snaps into the glass sunroof, I'm assuming to block the sun out completely. I didn't even know this existed until that day. Has anyone else seen this? Also, does anyone have one for sale? lol

My solution: Only buy FDs without sunroofs.

Oh wait, that didn't work out well

I have that as well. Don't think I'd sell it though

What do you mean? Did you buy a sunroof model? I kinda wish I'd bought a non-sunroof model.

I'm not sure I'll even use it, I mainly just want it because it's rare lol.

I'm surprised that even three people I've come across so far have this thing. I had no idea it even existed. And then someone posted on facebook the other day about a coin and card holder that rests in the top of the map pocket. My wishlist of rare parts keeps growing lol.

I have the glass sunroof that people seem to love as well. I never knew that the sunroof visor whatever it's called was that rare

It's possible that even if people have them, it can still be classified as super-rare because no one wants to sell. I have been a forum classifieds freak for a few years and they never come up for sale. Found mine on eBay.

I've been asked before if I'd sell the glass sunroof, so I already knew that was somewhat rare (because like Andre said no one wants to sell). But I've only seen one of these panels actually for sale and it went quick.

It's somewheres around 500 bucks if it's really still available. Too much for what it is in my opinion.

OK I got the panel today and tried fitting it on my car. Maybe I'm missing something, but it's not even close to fitting. It's too short lengthwise and too long widthwise.

Disregard, I'm an idiot. I figured it out and it fits perfectly. Unfortunately both brackets at the rear that this panel snaps into each have the inner rivet broken so I have to fix those first.
