I'm putting on s5 Bumpers. Prior to sending them out to be painted, I wanted to remove all the old paint off. What would be the most effective way? Is their a product designed for my specific purpose?

Go to your local auto paint dealer and ask for plastic safe paint remover.

http://www.semproducts.com/ has this, but can't find the item name or part number.

I have no clue if they are safe for urethane bumper though, ask or test in a small spot.
