Foglight fuse keeps blowing with Feed lights?

Hi all,
Right back ground behind this first...I've cut the connector off my old foglights and wired up my new Feed headlights (the driving light/H3) bit to them (red on the connector to white on the H3 bulb, black to black).
I've checked the wiring and I definitely get in the region of 11.8V going to both connectors on the car. However as soon as I plug them in and switch on the front fogs, the fuse blows?
I'm really stuck as to why unless it was being overloaded? But they're the same 12V/55W H3 bulbs the stock fogs use so I'm a bit confused.
It seems something is shorting out but I can't work out what? Have attached some pix.
The sidelight/front repeater wiring is fine, they don't blow and light as they should.
Anyone any ideas?
Cheers!
Paul.
