I am installing a Pioneer DEHp5200 into my 85 RX7. I have everything down, except for the power antenna. I know you have to use the 'System Remote Control' wire, but I have found that the power antenna is activated by a relay... How can I get my power antenna to go up and down with my new CD player?!

I assume you have the stock power antenna. Get a 12 volt relay... A cheap radio shack one will do... There will be at least 5 contacts on the smallest, simplest ones. Two contacts go to the coil... Connect your power antenna wire from your head unit to one side of the coil, and the other to ground. There will be three pins open. You will only use two. Normally open and common. Connect wither to ground and teh remaining of the two to your power antenna lead of teh car's wiring.
When you have the stereo off, no power is going to the coil... Therefore, the circuit between ground and the antenna motor is off too. As soon at you turn on the radio, power goes to the coil, moves the contact, and connects ground to the motor, raising the antenna.
I can not show you a picture because my power antenna was broken and replaced by a manual one, and because relays differ in appearance... I will try to help further if you need.
