fiberglass and FRP

I've been trying to find out the difference between fiberglass and Fiber reinforced Plastic and can't find any info on it or if they are even different things. I did a search and really didn't come up with any good info. If anyone knows the difference(if there is any) and which one is better for durability and could post it that would be a great help. Thanks.

polyfiber is a fiberglass composite that is STILL fiberglass, but has a LOT of flexibility, so in reality, ur getting the strentgh and durability of fiberglass (e.g. no sagging of front bumper) and most of the flexibility of polyurethane (wont crack on impact)...really my fav. choice
