ok havent had my fd long so i dont want to mess it up so i have a few questions,

1) are the fd's factory mirrors supposed to fold???

2) how do you tighten them, my passenger door one is loose and rattles loads when im driving making it near impossible to see out of!!!

When you close them half way you'll see one screw on each side if that's the problem. The other problem could be the actual mirror shaking which is hard to fix, you have to remove the glass carefully and under it there is a screw with a plastic tab which usually breaks, you could try glueing it maybe that'll work.

When I said remove the glass I was referring to the mirror(glass). You carefully have to remove the glass by prying the plastic surrounding, and watch out there's some paste which keeps the glass in place
