FD touch-up paint

I have a '93 FD (red) original paint and have a few small chips on the lower body behind the doors. In the past I have used factory touch-up paint and langka with excellent results (on other cars). The problem I'm having is that the factory touch-up paint I've gotten (from two different dealers) is very thin. I've shaken it and apparently it is just a thin consistency. It takes 3 or 4 coats to cover a shallow chip. Has anyone had this type of problem? Is there a better source fror some thicker touch-up paint?

if its the front bumper your trying to cover up..then i wouldnt waste my time on it if i was you ..youll just keep adding more in the long run..go to a good body shop that will special prep your front bumper and itll wont chip as easly. hope this helps. good luck i hate chips too.
