Question FD seats in an FC???

My S5 TII has a really nice pair of black leather Supra TT seats in it,
but I really either want RX-8 seats or FD seats...
The problem with mine, is they sit too far forward...
I imagine it's due to all the power seat stuff...
Anyways, I was wondering how close
the FD seats are to the stock FC seats fitment wise...

If they are somewhat close, and don't sit too high up or too far forward,
I'd like to trade them for a pair of black leather FD seats...

Thanks!!!

Wow those are really sexy...
How far back do they go?
And are they any higher than the FC seats?

I've looked at doing it a long time ago - it is possible (the above pics verify that ) but it's not a bolt in by any stretch of the imagination. It will require some fabbing to make metal brackets to attach it. And, they need to be quality STRONG brackets - if they break in a wreck, you're screwed big time. That's a BIG safety thing.

Yea there's also a potential problem with S4's involving the seatbelt bracket...
(Or at least there is with the Supra seats)
It needs to be relocated back an inch or two...
But I can get brackets made... That's not really what I'm concerned with...
Just that they'll go as far back as the stock FC seats...
