In my 93 FD I have tried an alpine deck and the aiwa (don't shoot me) out of my fc and niether one could get reception. There were two antenna connectors there one male, one female when I bought the car. Only one connector goes the aftermarket stereo. How do I hook up other one? Will it matter? Pwr antenna works and can only get poor reception when up, none when down.

you need to buy an adapter (Y-cable (2 into one)) from radio shack or stereo shop- should only be a few bucks
