FD Headlight Misalignment?

Hey guys, so I've had this FD for a while now and something is just starting to bug me about it, my headlights are tilted, the left side is too high on the left edge and vice versa on the right. I have a picture attached so you can kind of get the idea. Anybody know whats going on here/how to fix? There is some damage on the bumper and right fender so could it be structural?
I will take some more pics eventually if needed, not sure how to properly work the whole posting thing.
Any help is appreciated

I've looked under my hood, there is a slight separation where there is a bead of seam sealer. I wasn't sure whether this is the issue or not

OK, I will tell you the secrets of headlight lid adjustment.

There are screws that hold the headlight lid onto the headlight mechanism.

You loosen those, adjust the headlight lid and gently tighten them again.

One more secret-

If your fender is lower then both your hood/headlight lid the secret there is to take out the bolts that hold the fender to the body along the hood edge and put washers between the fender and hood and put the bolts back in.
