FD hatch struts, anything special to look for?
Should I just snag whatever I can find on Ebay that looks legit or are there good & bad sets out there? Somehow I've never had to replace any, even though outside of my Miata's, I've never owned anything with a "trunk". (even if Miata trunks are only make-believe 
)

After the new struts arrived I realized.. the originals hold it up just fine if nearly fully extended - it's just when ya open it around halfway or less that it falls shut. Is this normal or should I be able to raise the hatch & have it stay however far open it is? Given the fact that I'm kriptastic (in a wheelchair), I can't reach far enough to fully open most larger hatch's.
