Hey Rx-7 peps, would it be possible to put a C-West FD front bumper on a 86 Rx-7?? If so how much modifying do you think you would need? Thanks

The FD is about 5" wider than a FC so you'd have some work to do. Anything is possible though.

i think if you just do the front bumper and not teh whole front it might look a little strange. I know RE sells some of teh bumper that are for FDs for FCs. But where in KS is neodesha?

I know that I've seen a pic floating around here that showed one. Seach for it. It was about a year ago that I saw it.

its totally doable

first you gotta get a cwest kit which cost a lot, then you gotta mold it on. i suggest just buying/renting a fd, buying a cwest kit, then making a 1 peice front end with the hood and lights integrated, then put it on the front of a fc and mold it to the fc front fenders.

good luck

I have a c west fd bumper on my miata. Me and my buddy have about 40 hours in so far and we still have to fix a few cosmetic spots on it. You can do anything if you got the time.

I remember seeing you at dropjaw greenville. I had the red RX-7 with the veilside kit that did the donuts at the greenville event.

I saw you at myrtle beach too. It looked like you had put a veilside wing on you car. I never got to see it up close but it looked good rolling down the strip.
