I ran the wires through to the engine bay and back to the doors through the space behind the fenders. Then I cut into the loom that houses the wires for the power window and lock and pull the wire into the door. This was my solution for routing two pairs of speaker cable into the doors.
You have to partially remove the fender well inserts (the part that prevent mud and dirt from going up into the fender well) to find the path from passenger compartment to the engine bay. On the driver's side (RT) there is a spare hole through the fire wall, on the passenger side (LT) you have to run the cable through already crowded hole. Once inside the engine bay you can route the cable back behind the fender to the doors. Be very carefull when you cut into the loom. And to make the cut weather proof use electrical tape to wrap around the loom and the new cables. Good luck.

thanks a lot

I want to apologized the wires did not go all the way to the engine bay. I ran the wires through the fire wall and then under the fender to the connector in the door. (The two holes that I used is under the fender.) I then made a small cut in to the rubber tube that house the power window and power door lock wires. Then pulled the wire through into the door.
By the way, if you only need one pair of wires to the door, I would reuse the one in the stock harness. I was not able to reuse the harness because the crossover would not fit in the door. So I had to run two pairs to each door.
If you open the door you will see that there is a space behind the fender that runs the length of the fender to the tires. It is through that space that I ran the wires. Again, sorry about the confusion.
